Please take the time to read through these Terms & Conditions as it contains important information should you wish to purchase a gecko from us.

Our Promise

Here at Gilbery's Gecko's we aim to a high standard of leopard gecko hatches and can ensure to produce the healthiest leopard geckos available for sale. With your gecko you will receive a certificate which will contain information such as the parents, a weight chart, sex, morph, the day he/she hatched and also my care sheet. All of our leopard geckos are grown on and will not be released for sale until they are over 2 months old and we are happy that they are to the fullest health. All of our gecko's sex is as stated but we cannot guarantee this. We will continue to help you with the husbandry and all other aspects of caring for your new gecko until you feel that you can do it comfortably by your self.

Purchasing

Payment can be made by PayPal. cheque or cash on collection.

You can reserve your leopard gecko for 4 weeks maximum, if we do not receive your full payment within these 4 weeks the gecko will then go back on sale. In order to reserve your gecko we ask for a 25% deposit on the price of that leo or leo's to be made.

Obtaining your Gecko

You can collect your gecko from us here in Plymouth after a collection date and time have been confirmed by myself and agreed upon. Or we can have your gecko/s couriered to you for £35, once we have recieved full payment by an agreed method we will then arrange a suitable date to send the gecko/s which your gecko will then arive before noon on this date.

Problems

If you are unhappy with your leopard gecko please contact us within 48 hours by Email. We reserve the right of non-refund if we believe the problem has arisen through poor husbandry, poor handling or failure to quarantine.
